Education is primary for everyone. It is the foundation in human life. Education is the root for all possibility of development in certain country. The existence of proper education is becoming an expensive thing in Indonesia. Moreover, Poverty and hunger continue to stalk Indonesia despite the rapid economic growth over the past few years. By most estimates, more than 50 percent of the country’s 240 million people still live on $2 or less a day.

This condition makes change in society's priority to get food over education in their lives. The compulsory education statement that government stated in Indonesian's constitution has the less hope by realizing that many people cannot have the access to the school. Consequently, many potential children are far from expectation. They cannot go to school just because they cannot pay the high tuition.

Everyone has the same opportunity and right to get access the education in their lives as Indonesia's constitution guaranteed. 

(1) Every person has the right to self-realization through the fulfillment of his basic needs, the right to education and to partake in the benefits of science and technology, art and culture, so as to improve the quality of his life and the well-being of mankind. 

(2) Each person has the right to self-improvement by way of a collective struggle for his rights with a view to developing society, the nation, and the country.
